After international police dismantled the “JackSkid” botnet network in March, the hacker group has returned under a new name, “Dysphoria,” using blockchain domain names to hide command servers.

• Uses .eth and .sol domains instead of traditional command servers, making takedowns extremely difficult
• Victim devices are used as “bridges” to forward commands to hide the real owner
• Court documents allege that JackSkid previously commanded more than 90,000 DDoS attacks
