• The 1.5-liter Turbo gasoline engine does not drive the wheels — it acts solely as a generator to produce electricity.
• The wheels are powered by a 188 hp electric motor paired with a small 2.1 kWh battery — giving the drive an EV-like feel.
• Part of the route was downhill, which helped the regenerative braking system operate efficiently.
